an update made the braces disconnect from grabbers holding most bombs.
they need to be rearranged or it just explode when u press start.

the wheel infront makes it lean into corners and not flip over...
center structure vertical spinner is for turning..
horizontal spinner is counter torgue to keep front down when accelerating. " antiwheelie device"
inverted springs in corners to pull frame down for maximum stability.

originally this started with an idea of a giant cannon firing stuff , using the bombs as charges to propel whatever projectile got loaded.
but it lags soo hard on this 3rdworld pc that i buried the project.

one of my giant gunships with cannons and bombs almost drag wingtips on ground at start.
then after a bit they lift like 3 blocks and then the tail rises.. then all it need is a tap on the rudder and tally ho. we are airborne :)

well here you see the wing bends upwards when enough lift is generated. easier to see it on my other planes.
it can stall and break wings if handled rough.. balancepoint is made like real.. 1/3 under wing measured from front. and nose a 10" down angle. it reacts by rudders only , no gyro stuff so i would say airphysics..

you can place the castle so close to a peasant u can smash him flat with the lowering bridge.. even if he stands 2 blocks from the gate when all 5 bombs explode he will survive the blast.. only damage is expenses for laundry of underwear ;)

i got a stripped version in my uploads showing how the core works.

this thing must be run at very low speed.. well on my wooden computer that is.

centerbomb can be detonated without igniting the structure.

realworld air physics doesnt exist on besiege, its vanilla short for unmodded
posted by gren 7 months ago on unmodded single engine bomberplane with 16 bombs
been almost 6 months or so since i last posted something.. after an update during that time some of the stuff got minor isues with loose braces.... specially all that are connected to center of grabbers. just a heads up.. some might explode when pressing start

if anyone got ideas to improve rudder response in my giant biplane or the twin engined plane then please share the gold...those massive wings makes rudders act wierd.. the biplane is over 160 wingpanels

i designed those heavy duty engines and theyre in my uploads..
ad 2...3...4...5...10 engines to a plane.... doesnt matter they self adjust and still make a straight pull.
and when releasing throttle propellar dont stop brutally and slow plane down... it spins freely and makes beautyful landings.
you "tune up " the engine by changing the amount of braces on the rotating counter weight.. more braces = more HP
those rubberband things"forgot the name" can be used too for extra boost by locking counterweights when flying.

man, the bombs needs to be realistic!

thiese are some very good suspension

the wierd wheel spin is for trying to replicate the smooth movement with tracks.. too lazy to make a tracked vehicle ;)

with minor adjustments i believe this can be used in awesome besiege tanks..
this one come with a spare axis and would in theory be a stabile gunmount for flying stuff like helicopters..
or its basically helicopter rotor steering too if adding pistons or ropes..

the frame itself got independant suspension,
a good base for a jumper or something.
add a piston on top of springs and u got a 2 stage suspension.

not exactly a sturdy build but its just a modified jumper carrying the gyro gunmount..

looks so innocent but its not.
doubleplaced blocks causes mayhem. :)
have a look

oh.
those rubberband things on the back of the engine " forgot the name :) " need to be on toggle.
they can be activated for more power.

Nice! Btw on that test plane i had linked to you engine was for zero G only to test the torque transfer. It was awful in full G like you had noted. :) Zero G is best for testing torques transfer since it lets you entirely isolate all forces but your motor.

Very nice, i dissected this to make my own stable walker.

No i don't remember ;-) as it's not written anywhere in the pages we've been talking on

Then, if I understand that mods like "no gravity" or "rocket thrusters" affects the inner working of the game and may not be used for "challenges", I also appreciate to be able to place a block freely (at the desired position with the suitable angle) and save a lot of time with convenient functions (copy/paste, import, mirroring, replicate, etc)

You should try TGYD's "BT mod", it'lll bring your creations to the next level (and other people will still be able to use your machines even with no mods installed)

but a good tip tho.

i dont use mods remember ? ;) i cant place them on outside like that
posted by gren 1 year ago on heavy duty engine
i need something as spacers. otherwise the rotating blocks hits and props break off

seems like power dont have a limit on those engines
here is a planeversion

the others u find on page 3-4 with my machines.

ooh i made some stuff.
my helibuggys and my latest planes is made with that technology.
insane power when used on planes..
even twin mounted engines selfadjust and make a straight pull
posted by Nissenko 1 year ago on heavy duty engine
Great design! I have suggestions tough

If you want the best power, the front part (the one that rotates the blades) must be the lightest possible, while the rear part should act as a "fly wheel" with higher inertia. The ballast that supports the hinges and the blades are not needed but you can transfer them to the rear part

Here's a modification that gives more thrust while keeping the advantages (no brake on power off)

Same controls as yours

the free running engine results in best landings ever.
dont make plane unstable when going off throttle .
and wierdest part is that when twin mounted they selfadjust and make a straight pull
